In the ‘80s, Valtellina started to focus on a different clientele, diversifying the fields of intervention, working on aqueducts, gas pipelines and power lines. Valtellina started to be the company it is today only in the nineties, also thanks to the evolution of the telecommunication market, in which many companies like Omnitel, Albacom, Wind, Colt, Metroweb and so forth were established.

Today, in addition to an effective approach with the customer, Valtellina SpA operations range from copper and fibre optic telecommunications networks to networking, from road automations to radio-relay systems, from electricity networks to renewable energy (wind and photovoltaics), the railway sector, aqueducts and gas pipelines.
