Valtellina, in its quest for quality, has studied and implemented a document system on which the quality system is based, defining the criteria to reach the aims of the company and to reach, keep and improve the quality objectives mentioned before.
Valtellina obtained the UNI-EN ISO 9001:2000 certification for planning and building of telecommunication networks, telecontrol, telemanagement systems and different applications, power plants, water and gas supply networks and power networks.
The management system for quality is assessed by the CSQ Certifying Body on a yearly basis. In order to provide a higher and higher standard of quality, the General Direction gives the necessary resources, trains and uses staff at every level and assesses the efficiency of the management system for quality.
